AUW has begun developing the slate for the University's founding Board of Trustees and has engaged a number of prominent personalities who have agreed to be nominated, including: Dr. Rasha al-Sabah, Undersecretary of the Kuwait Ministry of Higher Education, Fazle Hasan Abed, Chairman of BRAC, Madame Lone Dybkjaer, Former Minister of Environment of Denmark, Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw, Chairman of Biocon, Ltd, Jack Meyer, Chairman of AUW Support Foundation and CEO of Convexity Capital, and Ratan Tata, Chairman of the Tata Group.
